Code makes machines to work thus working machines often need some code. We can provide this piece of code for a range of platforms, including embedded systems, PLCs, PC. For PC based monitoring and controlling applications we have developed our own ePlatform, that enables us to provide cost effective applications with plenty of features and comprehensive connectivity to hardware components.
Even great ideas remain nothing but ideas without good designing. 3D modeling often advances any product development and that’s why we use it as a default. Modern 2D/3D CAD tools also provide designs that can be used directly for CNC based manufacturing processes. We can also design custom PCBs.
Electronics are usually needed to make mechanical things to work and to enable automated operations. We provide both basic components, like switches and sensors and more advanced ones, including sensors, PLC units and process controllers. Some of these components can be found also from our web shop. On top of that we can manufacture custom electronics and provide embedded solutions.
For in-house manufacturing our CNC router makes great job. It has a working area of 700x400x100 mm and it’s most suitable for plastic or aluminum parts. However, it can also work other materials like wood, sheet metal, and foam.
Newest option for rapid prototyping and manufacturing is our in-house 3D printing service. Our FDM printer has a build volume of 250x210x210 mm and it can print PLA, ABS, PET, HIPS, Flex PP, Ninjaflex, Laywood, Laybrick, Nylon, Bamboofill, Bronzefill, ASA, T-Glase, Carbon-fibers enhanced filaments, Polycarbonate, and more.
Some systems need more solid body than others. We can cope with light aluminum profile based structures as well as welded steel structures that are cost effective when systems grow bigger. In-house equipments cover cutting, turning, milling, welding, and contractors are happy to provide e.g. CNC plasma cut steel parts.
With mechatronics we refer mainly to actuators and different methods to deliver power to mechanical parts. We work with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and with all the common transmission methods, including belts, chains, and gears.
